About Me

Helping people lead, innovate, and serve with purpose.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of service, technology, and leadership. From building digital solutions in the federal government to launching innovation teams, my work has always centered on one goal: helping people and organizations work better for others.

When I joined the government, I learned that technology alone doesn’t transform how we serve. People do. That belief inspired me to start Humans of Public Service, a storytelling project that celebrates everyday people who make government work. Their stories remind me that innovation and empathy belong in the same room.

Today, I help audiences navigate transitions with confidence, lead innovation with clarity, and reconnect with the deeper meaning of service.
